Rules & Guidelines

1. Eligibility:  One male and/or one female entry per office

2. Rounds of Competition

Round 1 – Objective Question Round

• Questions will be based on Government Departments, Rules, Regulations, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs.

• Each participant will answer a written set of objective questions. Top 5 male and 5 female participants with the highest scores will qualify for the next rounds.

Round 2 – Costume Round

• Qualified contestants will present themselves in Traditional/creative/ formal attire of their choice.

• Judging will be based on presentation, confidence, costume relevance, and stage presence.

Round 3 (Final) – Surprised/Situational Question Round

• Each finalist will be asked 1–2 situational or personality-based questions.

• Judging will focus on clarity of thought, confidence, spontaneity, and communication skills.

3. Judging Criteria

•              Round 1 (Objective): Knowledge & accuracy of answers.

•              Round 2 (Costume): Creativity, presentation, confidence.

•              Round 3 (Question): Presence of mind, clarity, expression, and personality.

4. General Rules

•              All participants must report on time at the venue.

•              Costumes and performances must be decent, respectful, and culturally appropriate.

•              Organisers reserve the right to modify rounds if required

•              Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

5.   Titles & Recognition

Winners will be crowned as “Mr. Sarkari Karmachari 2025” for Male Winner and “Mrs. or Ms Sarkari Karmachari 2025” for Female Winner
