Only one entry per office is allowed. Once an entry is submitted, the Team Leader will be added to the WhatsApp group for Group Dance. In case the Team Leader is not added due to oversight or any other reason, they must contact the coordinator immediately. If not added, it may indicate that the entry was not registered properly.

Minimum 08 and maximum 16 participants per team. Groups may consist of male participants, female participants, or a mix of both.

Performance Theme - Songs must be from Bollywood films. The sequence of songs and performance must depict Bollywood dance styles and should be in ascending chronological order representing different decades (e.g., 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and so on). Costumes, music, and choreography should clearly represent the chosen decades.

Performance Duration - Each team will have 6 to 8 minutes for their performance. Negative marking will apply if the time limit is exceeded. Additional 3 minutes will be provided for stage arrangements if any.

Music Submission - Participants must WhatsApp their performance track to the event coordinator in advance. Duration of the track should not exceed 8 minutes including narration if any. Only pre-recorded tracks are allowed; no music system will be provided for live mixing.

Props & Costumes - No props will be provided by the organizers. Teams may arrange their own. Costumes must be appropriate and should avoid any vulgar or indecent elements.

Code of Conduct - Performances must not contain indecent gestures or inappropriate and anti political content. Respect for fellow participants, organizers, and judges is mandatory.

Judging Criteria – The judging will be done based on Rhythm & Timing, Formation & Synchronization, Expressions, Costumes, Makeup & Setup and Creativity & Overall Impact.

The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
