1. Song should be performed in group of minimum 08 and maximum 12 members excluding musicians.

2. Group may be of either all Male, all Female or both together.

3. Participants will have to arrange their own music accompanist if required. The music accompanist need not necessarily be from the concerned department. Non Government Music accompanist are also allowed.

4. A maximum of 03 musicians will be permitted to accompany.

5. No karaoke track will be allowed.

6. The duration of the song should be minimum 04 and maximum 06 minutes.

7. Time will be counted as soon as the song starts.

8. The song must be in Marathi, Hindi or Konkani.

9. Submit the lyrics of the song along with the entry form.

10. Participants will be judged on stability in soor and taal, overall presentation, coordination with accompanists, costumes, and pronunciation.

11. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
